This Week's Menu Plan
This week we are still trying to eat from the pantry as much as possible; so, until I can get my freezer and pantry down to where I only have artichoke hearts, peanut butter, frozen peas, and chicken broth I will continue to do so.
This is what the Moppins fam will be dining on this week:
Monday - Chipotle raspberry pork loin with roasted pumpkin & onions and blanched asparagus
Tuesday - IHOP for free pancakes!!!
Wednesday - Broccoli and tomato quiche with salad
Thursday - Potato & Leek soup & whole wheat biscuits
Friday - Out to Eat (gift card from Christmas)
Saturday - Greek themed Supper Club (we are responsible for the baklava)
