Menu Plan
I love trying new recipes and especially if I have the stuff already on hand. This week is Spring Break so hopefully some extra freezer meals can be made as well:
Monday - Dinner w/family
Tuesday - Mushroom Risotto w/ Peas
Wednesday - Ratatouille, Roasted Potatoes, & a Baguette to soak up the juice
Thursday - Salmon Baked in Phylo w/ Warm Potato Salad
Friday - Pastini w/ Peas & Carrots
