Menu Plan Monday

Even though we continue on Operation:  Clean Out the Freezer, I still am having to go to the store for fruit.  I was hoping to stay out of the grocery store altogether but it's just not happening. 
We have a fairly light week (as light as our normal weeks are) and we aren't getting busy until this weekend.  We have a Halloween party to go to, a House Party for Yoplait yogurt to host, and our Date Night won't be until after we have made it down to the polls for early voting.  By the way, don't forget to vote y'all!
Monday - Cuban Sandwiches (that we didn't get to last week) Chips, & Salad
Tuesday - Chicken Gumbo & Biscuits
Wednesday -  BBQ Chicken, Broccoli, and Carrots
Thursday - Black Beans w/ Pico de Gallo, & Cornbread
Friday - Date Night
