I use this tracker as well as the ones available from I Heart CVS & I Heart Wags. Yes, it is tedious to type in data to 3 different spreadsheets but they kind of offer slightly different formulas and let's face it, we are nerdy spreadsheet type folks 'round here so it's not a drudgery.
