What's Cooking?
Well we missed last week. Not much cooking of anything went on around here. It's nice to get back into the swing of things. This week we've made healthy stuff:
1 banana, mashed
1 1/2c. dry oatmeal
2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. whey
1/2 c. dried cranberries
Dribble of water
Line an 8x8 pan with wax paper.
Dump everything into a bowl and mix it good. Spread the mixture into the pan.
Put the pan into the freezer for a couple of hours. Cut into squares and put into individual baggies. Keep in the freezer until ready to use.

Hi Pary,
ReplyDeleteWhat do you think about this great weather we have been having here in East Texas? Your Protein Bars look very good. I love having a bar like this to grab and run. Thank you so much for bringing it to Full Plate Thursday and please come back!
Well Miz Helen, I have been enjoying the weather by sitting outside on the swing under the tulip tree and reading. If only I had some tea and cake, then it would be heaven!
