Menu Plan Monday

This week I have very little cooking to do and I am thankful.  Our precious friend is coming in from Jolly Olde England (J.O.E.) and we are just getting things all gussied up for her. 
We love visitors and we love showing visitors East Texas.  Sometimes we forget what a great place to live it is.  (That sounded very Yoda-esque it did...)

Monday - Bacon Sarnies, Scrambled Eggs, & Grapefruit Halves
Tuesday - Neighborhood Dinner
Wednesday - Sandwiches, Salad, & Fruit
Thursday - The Butcher Shop (our favorite burger place to introduce our guest to American food)
Friday - Pizza and Game Night with Friends
