Madly in Love Monday

I have crazy ideas sometimes. The BBC did a personality test a while back and I ended up as a "Big Thinker." That is basically someone who can dream up a finished project and maybe even get others excited about it, but who does not necessarily know how to actually implement it.  And if the BBC says that's what I yam then that's what I yam, right? ;)

I am madly in love this Monday with my Engineer because he turns my ideas into realities (read:  makes my dreams come true.)

I have no idea how to use a power tool and as for the best way about building something or making something work, fugehdabahdit.

But...

I know someone who does.  >Insert fluttering eyelashes here.<

This weekend was the perfect example of that.  I had an idea for another jewelry hanger display-type thingy and even though Engineer wasn't convinced it was going to work or look right, he made it come into fruition. 

In the immortal words of Tim Gunn, he can "make it work."

I am so appreciative that Engineer does not scoff (too badly) at my cockamamie ideas and instead just makes them work. 

Plus, there is something yummy about a man armed with power tools...especially when he's working on a Honey-do list.
