Dishing It Up Recipe Hop - Christmas Cookies

Not really a cookie, meringues.  I have made them green with a star on top before and they are so cute and perfect for Christmas gatherings.

Now don't freak out, it's not as hard as one might think.  The only tricky part is not making meringues on a humid day - they won't set up correctly.

They stay good for a long time without refrigeration so as long as you keep them in a dry place, they will be fine for a couple of weeks...if they last that long.
