April will be all about casseroles; I love casseroles! They are the perfect dish to make ahead and freeze. 

I am not a fan of pork (you would never know that from how much I talk about bacon fat) but my peeps are so to make everyone happy, I cook it from time to time. This Peppered Pork casserole was even edible by my standards.  :)
