What's Cooking?
Beef Stroganoff is one of those dishes that is so simple and quick, yet I never think about it. Well, a few weeks ago, I thought about it.
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 onion, diced
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 pint Mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbs. Flour
1 sm. carton Sour Cream
Salt & Pepper to taste
Egg Noodles to serve
Heat the water for your egg noodles. As soon as it starts boiling, pour them in.
Brown the ground beef with the onions and garlic. When almost cooked through, throw in the flour and cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Add the soup and cook for about 3 minutes. Add salt & pepper.
Stir in the sour cream, drain your noodles, and mix the stroganoff in with the noodles.

Hi Pary,
ReplyDeleteYour Stroganoff sure would be good over some hot biscuits, it looks awesome! Thank you so much for sharing with Full Plate Thursday and come back soon!
Miz Helen
Ooohh, didn't think about biscuits instead of noodles. Must try that next time. Thanks for the suggestion!
