Madly In Love

I try not to mentally scar my child...much.

As much as I want her to know that her Daddy and I love and are affectionate towards one another, I can also appreciate the gross out factor of a child walking in on her parents necking on the couch. 

Just sayin'...

So when Diva caught me sitting on Engineer's lap and us kissing, I thought, "Uh-oh!"

Uh-oh, therapy here we come.
Uh-oh, she's never going to sit in that chair again.
Uh-oh, just, uh-oh.

Instead, my incredibly romantic child walked into the room, sighed the biggest dreamiest, "Aaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwww!" you have ever heard, and left again, beaming.

I am so madly in love with my hubby who still wants to kiss his bride of 13 years and our precious Diva who sees that as a very good thing.  No therapy necessary.
