Menu Plan - Pantry Challenge Week 32
Last week was nice and quiet for the most part.
I canned or baked most days and was not at all pressured by time constraints.
It was lovely.
This week will not be like the last.
Vacation Bible School, a school meeting, getting Diva ready for camp, a prayer vigil for local children, some charity work, some social stuff, the list of activities goes on and on this week with precious little in between time.
I like in between time.
One of the items on my To Do list this week is to come up with an appetizer for 100+ people that:
- travels well
- won't melt/spoil in the Texas heat
- is scrumptious
- will not stain everyone's clothes since we will all be in white
- is a grab and go finger food
- is scrumptious (this is obviously very important)
I am certainly taking suggestions if you have any.
Please let me know if you do, right now I am thinking Texas Caviar. We will see what ends up being made.
Sunday - Dinner w/Parents
Monday - Traveling so out to eat (on a gift card)
Tuesday - Roasted Chicken Salad
Wednesday - Pork Loin, Panzanella, and Quick Pickles
Thursday - Spinach Frittata and Salad
Friday - Date Night
Saturday - Dinner w/Friends
This is part of Menu Plan Monday.
