Wholly Guacamole & Jennie-O the Perfect Combination

I was sent a super duper set of coupons in order to try out the new variety of jalapeno turkey burgers from Jennie-O along with Wholly Guacamole products.  The result?  See that BIG smiley face up there?  Yep, that was me.

I can eat this stuff by the bucket full.

The new jalapeno turkey burgers are available through March at Wal-Mart stores so you need to hurry to give them a try.

Wholly Guacamole products are made with no preservatives, kosher, gluten free, non GMO - it's basically the perfect pre-made food.

Jennie-O is also all-natural and gluten free.  So this is good stuff.

We invited some friends over for dinner so we could truly see if these products would pass the all important kid test.

With a name like jalapeno jack burgers, it kind of had the kids worried before we ever started; they thought the patties would be too spicy.  Luckily, that was not the case.  Everyone, including the kiddos thought they were very tasty.  And that had nothing to do with me, I did not doctor them up in any way (I know that's hard to believe.)  I think they would have been even better wrapped in bacon to keep some moisture in the patty.  Next time...

Here's what we did:

Jalapeno Turkey/Guac Sauce Burgers

Package of Jennie-O Jalapeno Jack Turkey Patties
Package of Buns
Package of Wholly Guacamole Avocado Verde Salsa
Burger Fixings
Chips and Wholly Guacamole Salsas

Heat a griddle pan on the stove top.
Place the patties on the pan for about 7 minutes on each side.  Once they are cooked through, heat them in a low oven covered with foil to stay warm.  Continue with all of the patties.
To serve, put patty on bun and spoon over a couple of tablespoons of Avocado Verde Salsa.
Top with favorite burger fixings.  Enjoy!
