Menu Plan
Like I said last week, school has started and schedules are slightly different than last year.
With the biggest change being my baby is in Jr. High!
Waaaaahhhh!!!!
Go back to being that thumb-sucking, pig-tail wearing little girl please Diva.
This year she's in band, poetry, and honor choir at school and will be in cross country again if they offer it.
Outside of school, she's involved in Jr. Daughters of the King, guitar, voice, knitting, piano and tennis lessons, and a member of Friends of the Library and youth group.
She's a super busy young lady - which keeps me (her chauffeur) busy as well.
It's always interesting to see how schedules pan out because it directly relates to how I plan my menus.
Busy days = easy meals.
Busy days are also the reason why I fill my freezer before school starts with breakfasts, snacks, some lunch items, and suppers.
This week we will be eating:
Sunday - Out to Eat
Monday - Mediterranean Frittata & Salad
Tuesday - Eggplant Dressing and Green Bean Casserole
Wednesday - Sub Sandwiches & Fixings
Thursday - Muffaletta Pasta & Spinach Salad
Friday - Date Night
Saturday - Leftovers
This is part of Menu Plan Monday.
