Snack Swap #SwapOne



After school Diva is ravenous - probably from all that matriculating.  It's hard work you know.

She will eat just about anything for a snack but during the holidays, it is especially hard to convince her to eat a healthy snack rather than the Halloween candy or leftover Thanksgiving pie or Christmas baked goods.

I don't blame her.  I'd rather eat pie than fruit too.

As a compromise, we can agree on Yoplait yogurt as a snack.  It has fewer calories than a cookie and it gives her a calcium boost which every young'n needs to keep those bones nice and strong.
