Madly in Love
I looked at her standing barefoot in the kitchen and I had a sinking feeling.
I said, "I think you did it. Let's go see." and I dragged her in front of the closest mirror.
My suspicions were confirmed as I stood next to my 12 year old daughter who is now taller than I am.
After a couple of moments of silence, a big grin spread across her face.
She looked straight into my eyes and said, "Ha! Shorty." and walked away.
Cheeky monkey.
