Winter Hats 2014 - 2015
Yes, I know, we've been going on about this hat wearing silliness for years now.
I mean, really, how many hats can one person have?
Where does one store all of said hats?
Ah hem...
I plead the fifth...on with the show...
All of these were estate sale finds.
This vintage black turban was in a bundled lot I bought at an estate sale of a dear lady in our church.
With such a vibrant color, this one caught my eye just a couple of weeks ago.
I like its unusual shape and protruding feathers. Woe to the person who tries to whisper in my ear though.
This fur-trimmed beauty is a cross between "Agent Carter" and "I'm Gonna Get You Sucka."
Another little black velvet and netting pillbox
A sweet little navy asymmetrical number
Everyone needs a dark purple velvet beenie don't you think?
A veil, feathers, and bows...what else could I ask for in a hat?
Sweet little cap that has a matching pear shaped purse which I wore to a millinery trunk show by Jane Ryder.

Dear Pary ... you take me back to another time and place. And I absolutely love it!

Awww...thanks Ms. Linda. :) I do love all things vintage.
DeleteI hope we're not having to wear winter hats too much longer this year! I'm ready for spring!
ReplyDeleteYou are in luck Ms. Jen, this Sunday is Easter which means black shoes and winter hats get replaced with white shoes and spring hats. :)
